Statement of faith Redemptive Life Ministries

We believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, given by divine inspiration and preserved for all generations. It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

We believe in one true and living God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. These three are one God, equal in power, glory, and majesty (1 John 5:7).

We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, who lived a sinless life, performed mighty works, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again bodily on the third day. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our Lord, Savior, and High Priest (John 1:1,14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Hebrews 4:14–15).

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works, and that all who repent of their sins and trust in Him are forgiven, justified, and made new creations (Ephesians 2:8–9; 2 Corinthians 5:17).

We believe that all humanity has sinned and is in need of redemption, and that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father (Romans 3:23; John 14:6).

We believe in the present ministry of Holy Spirit, who indwells every believer, brings conviction, regeneration, guidance, comfort, and power for holy living and effective witness (John 16:13; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9).

We believe that the body of Christ is one, made up of all true believers, called to walk in unity, love, and mutual edification, each member functioning in their God-given purpose (1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Ephesians 4:11–16).

We believe that believers are called to live fearless, faithful, and holy lives, empowered by Holy Spirit, demonstrating the love, truth, and character of Christ in the world (1 Peter 1:15–16; Matthew 5:14–16).

We believe in the ordinances of the church: water baptism by immersion as a public testimony of faith, and the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).

We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust, the everlasting life of the redeemed, and the eternal separation from God of those who reject Christ (John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:12–15).

We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ to judge the world, establish His kingdom, and reign forever as King of kings and Lord of lords (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11–16).

Our confession is simple and bold:
Jesus Christ is Lord.
His Word is truth.
His Spirit is present and active.
And by His grace we will live grateful, stay faithful, and walk fearless.
